HORMONES

Testosterone (Total and Free) assesses both bound and unbound testosterone to gauge overall hormonal health, SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) measures the protein binding of testosterone, which can affect its availability. LH (Luteinizing Hormone) and FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone) provide insight into pituitary function, crucial for testosterone production, and Estradiol, while low in men, plays a role in bone health and mood balance.

PROSTATE HEALTH

The PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) test is a critical tool in men’s health, especially for monitoring prostate health. Elevated PSA levels can indicate various conditions, from inflammation to
potential prostate cancer. Regular PSA screenings provide men with insight into their prostate health over time, helping them stay informed and proactive. By tracking this biomarker, men can work with their healthcare providers to catch potential issues early, supporting a longer, healthier life.

THYROID FUNCTION

TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone) indicates how
well the thyroid is performing and helps detect imbalances. Free T4 measures the available thyroid hormone responsible for regulating metabolism and energy use. Together, TSH and Free T4 levels give a clear view of thyroid health, making it easier to catch signs of hypo- or hyperthyroidism and work with your provider for optimal energy and well-being.

VITAMIN LEVELS

Vitamin D is crucial for bone health, immune
function, and even mood support. Vitamin B12 helps with energy production and nerve function, making it key for staying alert and reducing fatigue. Tracking these vitamin levels allows men to address potential deficiencies that impact daily vitality, supporting overall health and energy.

LIVER FUNCTION

Liver Function tests measures key enzymes and proteins to assess liver health. ALT and AST indicate potential liver inflammation or damage. GGT  helps detect liver or bile duct issues, especially related to alcohol use or medication effects. Bilirubin is a waste product processed by the liver; elevated levels can signal issues with liver function or bile flow. Together, these tests offer a comprehensive view of liver health for better, proactive care.
